Jill Ann Waters

Stroud resident Jill Ann Waters departed this life Friday,  July 18, 2008, in Chandler at the age of 61 years.
 She was born on July 14, 1947, in Cushing, Okla., to Emmett E. “Sam” and Maxine Jane (Gunn) Waters.
Jill worked as a Librarian for many years and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Davenport.
Her mother preceded Jill in death.
Survivors include her father, E.E. “Sam” Waters of Davenport; brother, James Waters of McKinney, Texas; nephews,  Jeff Waters of Ada and Todd Waters of Plano, Texas; neice, Susan Johnson of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; other relatives and many friends.     
Service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Davenport, Okla., with the Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at Davenport Cemetery. Services are under the direction of the Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
