Bristow resident Carla Jo (Waldrep) Cheatwood died Monday, June 30, 2008, in Tulsa at the age of 43.
Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Burnett Mission, Paden, Okla. Burial will be in Paden Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
