Donna Kaye Midkiff was born on Nov. 9, 1956, in Henryetta, Okla., and departed this life on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, in Oklahoma City at the age of 52.
Donna, the daughter of Billy Don and Viola Fern (Clayton) Carl, was a resident of Shawnee. 
Her sister, Vergie Anderson, and the father of her children, Larry Crawford, preceded Donna in death.
Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Shayne and Sara Crawford of Shawnee; daughter and son-in-law, Angel and Frank Simpson of Shawnee; parents, Billy and Viola Carl of Shawnee; brothers, LeRoy Rose of Okmulgee, Butch Rose of Houma, La., and Jerry Rose of Okmulgee; sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol Powell of Henryetta, Brenda and Marty Gilliland of Sandsprings, and Linda and Freddie Davis of Prague; grandchildren, Sean and Dylan Webb, Jordan Simpson, and Patrick and Anthony Crawford; and significant other, Randy Gable of the home.   
A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, July 3, 2009, at the Little Cemetery in Seminole County with Bro. Tim Emmons officiating.  Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
