Pearl C. Beasler,

Former Shawnee resident, Pearl C. Beasler, 98, passed from this life on Wednesday, June 24, 2009, in Yuma, Ariz.
She was born Aug. 2, 1910, in Meeker. Pearl was a member of Liberty Baptist Church for 30 years. She provided child care in her home for almost 20 years and was known by many as Granny Pearl. These children were very special to her and she loved them all.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Beasler; her brothers, Earl Bean and Bill Bean; sister, Frances Robinett.
 Those left to cherish their memories are her daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Bruce Procter of Yuma, Ariz.; grandson, Jeremy and Danielle Procter of Yuma, Ariz.; great granddaughter, Grayce Procter of Yuma, Ariz..
Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, at Resthaven Funeral Home.
 Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, July 2, at Rossville Cemetery.
