 The Democrats really need Joe Biden to run for President in 2016.He could never win the nomination, but the group of announced and prospective candidates is so weak and vanilla that Biden’s special brand of gaffe-tastic campaigning would be a welcome addition to the Hillary Clinton nomination parade.
