I have a good friend in Shawnee that has questioned my negative attitude towards our country’s future. I can answer that question by first saying I can remember when our elected president said that we did live in a Christian Nation. I can remember when our president quoted the Bible in his speeches and not the Koran. I have never before seen our elected President bow before a Saudi King as ours did. This leads me to wonder if our president is not a Muslim in Christian clothing? He lauds the accomplishments of the Muslim religion to our society while overlooking all others. I have never heard our president blame America for the world’s problems until President Obama made the scene. He is one crafty politician using the teachings of his mentor, Saul Alinsky, to change our capitalistic system to a socialist type with the government in complete control.
His reckless spending will just dig a deeper hole and hurry the end of the line for our currency. Things of this nature force a bleak outlook for some and I guess I will have to include myself in that group. When you don`t trust your president it leaves a doubt in your mind and sways one’s attitude. I wish I could smile as the barn burns but I just can’t bring myself to do it. You really have to be way out to the left to enjoy the Obama train ride. My problem is that I’m old enough to remember the great days in our history as a nation. I’m sorry you missed it because I don’t think it will ever return again speaking English. I know my friend means well but I’m afraid he will be saddened by the end results of Obama’s presidency. I can only resist this move with my vote and you bet your life I’ll do just that Tuesday when I vote here in Virginia.
I urge all those that feel like wise to do the same. One vote at a time and we can get our country back.
