This is in reference to the clean-up that Tecumseh does once a year.
I feel it would sure help out if they done it for more than four hours.
It’s hard to get everything loaded and down there and get it unloaded with what assistance you get down there in four hours.
It would nice if they done it like Shawnee for a full day. It’s be a lot easier on us.
Recently I was in Midwest City and found myself very low on gas and didn’t think I’d have enough gas and had no money to get home to Shawnee.
I drove through the parking lot at Logan’s and approached an older lady and told her my plight. She very generously gave me $4 to get home on.
I didn’t get her name. I just wanted to say “Thank You” and I will pass the deed on.
I’m just really sorry we didn’t have a “Tea Party” in Shawnee. That’s too bad.
