Social Security funds for families
I would like to know why Social Security benefits are being paid to seniors who have minor children under the age of 18.
I know of a family that is collecting an additional 18K a year in Social Security benefits from Social Security.
This is not fair to those living on fixed incomes and additional money is being paid out because they chose to have children later in life.
This is why our system is going broke and it’s not fair for us who have worked our entire lives. What can be done about this?
Social Security was not intended to be paid out this way.
How many other couples are collecting this benefit without having to work for it? It’s like they have hit the lottery.
