Receipt should be offered
In Tecumseh, utility bills are double the price they rightfully should be. I’m afraid to turn my air conditioner on this year because I know it’ll be a struggle to pay it. And wouldn’t it be nice here if they kindly handed us a receipt when we paid it instead of having to ask for one.
Traffic light needed
Is there any way we can get a traffic light at Hardesty and Gordon Cooper. The FireLake Grocery Store is a wonderful addition to our community, but I really think we need a traffic signal. We have stop signs but no traffic signals. We’re going to have a big accident one day, so please help.

I noticed in today’s paper, Wednesday, the city of Shawnee has a fairly large ad for the Red, White and Blue Celebration for the 4th. It might help in the next ad if they include the location of that celebration for us to attend.
