Shawnee police should ticket handicap parking violators
I’m handicapped and I’m in a wheelchair and I’d like to complain about all the people who like to block handicap parking places with shopping carts. They park shopping carts to where you can’t even pull into them and motorcycles are the same way, they pull up on the diagonal lines where no one is supposed to park and park where you can’t get in and out of your vehicle with a wheelchair. It looks like Shawnee Police Department would make some passes through the parking lots and write some tickets.
