I would like to thank those who have suggested a response to Joe Hall’s critical assessment of my letters to the editor. Put yourself in his shoes. How would you like to defend Barrack Hussein Obama? What would you say about his accomplishments since he has become president?
It’s tough so Joe Hall figures his only recourse is to attack others such as myself and Rickey Dale Crain, disagreeing with what we say. We must continue to tell it like it is. Our country is divided between people who believe like I believe and those who believe like Joe Hall. The gulf between us is further apart than ever. My opinion of Judge Sotomayor has not changed. She is a bad choice for main stream America. It wasn’t a surprise to me Obama would search out such a person as Sotomayor for the Supreme Court.
Just a few words about the “National Council of La Raza” and then move on. Not long ago in Los Angeles and other U.S. cities, Fox news reported and showed us hordes of Mexican immigrants, many here illegally, filling the streets and protesting U.S. immigration laws. They were carrying Mexico flags and complaining of their rights the U.S. was violating for having immigration laws to begin with. According to a report I read, illegal aliens are costing the U.S. $338.3 billion a year.
There is plenty of information on this subject if you have access to the Internet. Just type in“What is really bankrupting America.” The Tea Party scheduled July 4 has been rescheduled for Sept. 12. If you are one of those (Democrat or Republican) who think our country is heading in the wrong direction, plan to attend and express your concern.
The Tea Party will be occurring in cities all over the United States. By now, it should be obvious we are losing our Capitalist form of government to Socialism. Socialism has proven to be a disaster in every country where it has been tried. Universal Health Care has also proven to be a disaster everywhere it has been tried. Sen. Jim Inhofe, Sen. Coburn and your representative in Washington need to hear from you. Even though you already know their stance on many of the issues affecting our nation today, they still need to hear from their constituents.
