SHAWNEE, Okla. —

Letter to the editor very well said
I just finished the letter to the editor by Barton D. West. Very well said Mr. West, very well said.

Problem-free with electric payments

I live in Tecumseh and my electric is somewhat higher but certainly not anything that presents a hardship. And as far as not being given a receipt, any time I go in and pay in-person, the payment is entered; the machine automatically prints out a receipt that’s handed to you by the clerk. So I have no idea what that person who called in is talking about. Again, I’ve never had a problem with my service and it’s not that much higher and I’ve always gotten friendly, courteous service from everyone over there.

Traffic signal a need at busy intersection
Regarding the stoplight intersection being placed at Hardesty and Gordon Cooper, I definitely ‘amen’ that.
It would be a wonderful idea with increased traffic through there, not only from the casino and the grocery store just increased traffic period.
It would be an excellent idea before an accident happens there. I’d like to see if the Potawatomis or Department of Transportation whoever handles that could maybe get together and see what they could come up with.
