Photo Gallery - Firefighter Training

 Firefighters from several area fire departments participated in a training session hosted by the Tecumseh Fire Department Oct. 3. Class instructors for the vehicle extrication class were Jimmy Barnett, Shane Campbell and Don Mariano, all from Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center. Cost of the class was covered by a grant, so it was free to all the firefighters attending. Fire Departments that participated in the training included Tecumseh, Bethel Acres, Macomb, Pink, Tribbey, Meeker and Konawa. Firefighters received instruction on the use of the jaws of life, air bags, vehicle stabilization and safety when operating these tools.
