The Golden Hearts senior group from Fairview Baptist Church enjoyed a fried chicken luncheon Aug. 8 to a theme of the 1950s and ’60s. Music from the era was given away as door prizes, and a contest determined who dressed the part the best. Winner was Billie Cleere.
A game featuring questions about the ’50s and ’60s continued the theme.
The next luncheon will be 11 a.m. Sept. 5. For more information, call 273-8709.
