SHAWNEE, Okla. —
Shawnee Faith Assembly, 1415 E. MacArthur, will host a pro-life rally 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 9.
The rally will have exhibits, games with prizes for children, caricature drawings and refreshments. There will be a showing of the movie “Tilley” at 1 p.m. and puppet show for children.

New Life Church wil host a special service Sunday to dedicate the new church on 10th Street, Shawnee.
The dedication will have various gospel groups and indivual singers joining the celebration.
Regular Sunday servics will be 10 a.m. to noon. The special service will begin 2 p.m.
There will be no Sunday night service.
A revival with Bob and Elaine Croucher will begin Monday and continue through Wednesday, starting at 7 p.m.
