Hosts for BURN Shawnee this month will be Family of Faith Church located 7 miles north of Shawnee on Highway 18. Beginning Friday, there will be continuing praise and worship groups lasting 26 hours. We would like to invite all intercessors/praise and worship leaders and pastors to join us for the last 2 hours, beginning at 7 p.m. today.
BURN Shawnee is an inter-denominational gathering of God loving, God fearing people who just want to praise our Lord, pray for our city/county/state and expecially our nation as we get closer to election time. Come join us at any time, day or night, and stay as long as you want. Friends that pray together stay together — come pray with us.

The gospel group The Bilderbacks from Springdale, Ark., will be in concert at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Hart Street Full Gospel Church, 618 S. Hart in Shawnee. Ellis Gregg is pastor of the church.

Fresh Fire Outreach Church of Shawnee will celebrate and dedicate its new church building Aug. 17. Fresh Fire Outreach has moved into the former Immanuel Baptist building at 1101 E. Main.
Guest speakers are Daniel and Paula Burt, pastors from Wichita Falls, Texas.
Activities include Sunday morning service at 10:30 a.m., lunch from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and a dedication service at 3 p.m.

Shawnee Faith Assembly, 1415 E. MacArthur. will host a revival Aug. 6-13 with the exception of Saturday.
The revival will have evangelists James and Deanna Snow. Services begin at 7:30 p.m. nightly with Sunday services at 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
