- Kris Steele, Oklahoma Speaker of the House, gave a heartfelt and humorous speech Wednesday at the George Kaiser Family Foundation Luncheon at OBU. The Kaiser Foundation honored Steele and awarded $40,000 in grants to local nonprofits.
