I just want to say something to the person who made the comments on the cheaply made horses in Shawnee. Those were not funded by Shawnee. They were funded by individuals who paid a price for them. I understand we need water, but the caller needs to understand the horses are beautiful and funded by individuals.

If I understand correctly, our beautiful horses in Shawnee were by private donations, not the city. They make a tremendous improvement to the look of our city. Thank you to the artists.
We need to give a shout-out to the workers fixing the city streets in this heat. They need a huge compliment for working outside.
