Horses are beautiful, enjoyed by many around town
I would just like to say that my husband and I really enjoy the horses about town, and my little great-granddaughter does, too. She just thinks they’re beautiful. I think someone did a lot of hard work, and I think they’re very beautiful.

Too dark to see
I’m just wondering what it’s going to take to get Airport Drive marked off. It’s dark out there and it’s hard enough to see all the turns and curves without having it marked off. And, has the city of Shawnee changed its policy on parking in front of fire hydrants? Seems to me like you can park in them down on Main Street, but I never knew you could before.

Double trouble
In Tecumseh last month our utility bill was outrageous. I just read this morning they’re going to duplicate that bill for this month, too, because of computer problems. It will balance and make it fair later. Oh, sure. Fair. When pigs fly.
