Red Devils remain hot

RIPLEY – The Prague boys kept their winning season moving along Saturday, as they took care of Kellyville 71-63 at the Ripley Tournament to move to 8-1 on the season and find a spot in Monday's championship game.

The Red Devils took a 38-29 lead into the half and held Kellyville off from there to tack on another win.

Tristin Jorgensen led all scorers with 25 points, Tristan Lester had 14 and Jackson Jacobs had 11 to finish three scorers with double digits.

They will play Monday at 8:30 for the tournament title. 

Prague girls lose to Kiefer

RIPLEY – The Lady Red Devils could never find the advantage Saturday as they were handed a 52-37 loss at the hands of Kiefer.

The girls were outscored 16-5 in the first and trailed 30-16 at the half and were never able to recover.

Chloe McClendon led the Prague girls with 12 points. Ella Schultz had nine, Savanna Hilbun had six and Macyn Anderson put in five.

The Lady Devils (6-3) will play Newkirk Monday at 4:30 for third.
