SHAWNEE- On Friday afternoon St. Gregory's (0-1) hosted Baker University (Kan.), and the Baker Wildcats came away with the 4-2 victory. The Cavs answered back though in their first at bat. Layton Moore (SO/Jones, Okla.) led off with a walk, and he would come around to score on Connor McCoy (FR)'s single. In the top of the second, the Wildcats would score two more runs to make the game 3-1. Wes Summers forced a leadoff walk, and Brian Wircenske would get on two batters later on a fielders choice.
