McLOUD — The Lady Redskins of McLoud, with four freshmen starters, were upended 51-19 by Class 4A second-ranked Harrah Friday night.

“We obviously had a hard time scoring but we held Harrah to its fourth or fifth lowest point total of the year,” McLoud head coach Doug Armstrong said. “We are very young but it was progress for us. We have to continue to improve. We are going through some lumps now, but our future is looking good. Our eighth grade team is currently 16-2.”

McLoud (3-15) will entertain Tecumseh Tuesday night. Senior night activities are scheduled for 6 p.m. prior to the girls’ game.
