ASHER – The Lady Indians had no difficulty getting a District 3 title win Saturday night, in a 61-35 beatdown to Springer.

Tarin Dubler scored nearly one-third of the Lady Indians' points with 21 points in the contest while Braxten Frazier had 12 and Ashley Odell added 11.

The girls took a lead early and never gave it up, but were helped by a powerful 23-9 third quarter performance to seal up the deal.

No. 9 in Class B, Asher (17-9) will move on to the first round of regionals Thursday at Verden at 6:30.
