BETHEL ACRES – The Meeker Lady Bulldogs put up five runs in the final three innings against Bethel Tuesday to earn a 5-2 road win.

Trailing 1-0 with one out in the top of the fifth, Madison Gabeau doubled to left to score Kaycee Babek and Kris Park and take the Lady Bulldogs' first lead of the game. Park also sent a double to left to drive in Aubrey Pruitt and go ahead 3-1 in the sixth and Darlen Edmonds and Babek each drove in a run in the seventh.

Gabeau went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI to lead the Lady Bulldogs. Pruitt, Babek, Park and Madison Buoy had two hits apiece. Park doubled twice and Pruitt hit a triple.

Gabeau struck out four and walked four and gave up seven hits from the circle.

The Lady Wildcats scored on a wild pitch from Gabeau in the bottom of the second and Peyton Meiler scored on a single from Rian Gamble in the sixth.

Gamble went 2-4 and Mya Green went 2-3 to lead the Lady Wildcats. Maylin Hladik and Green each had a double.

Jordan Zachary struck out five and walked five and gave up 13 hits and four earned runs for Bethel.

The Lady Wildcats will be in the Tuttle Tournament at FireLake this Thursday through Saturday. Meeker will host Holdenville Thursday at 4:30 in their home opener.
