The Pirates of Dale used 11 hits and took advantage of four Ripley errors to get a 13-2 road win Tuesday night.

Scout Capps had a two-run blast in the top of the fourth to bring in Blake McQuain and take a 9-0 lead and finished the game 1-1 with two walks.

David Herring was walked three times and reached on an error in a fourth attempt and McQuain was 3-4. Bryce Crawford and Jonathon Johnson had two hits each.

Jaxon Wright pitched the complete game for the Pirates and gave up two runs on three hits. He struck out three and walked one. Ripley scored on a double and a groundout in the bottom of the fourth.

Dale will be on the road at the Latta Tournament this weekend.
