TECUMSEH — Channing Scallorn’s walk-off double in the bottom of the seventh inning capped a three-run rally as Tecumseh edged Stillwater 7-6 Tuesday.
Scallorn’s two-bagger scored Taylor Frizzell, on base via a single.
Scallorn, the leadoff hitter, was 4 for 4 at the plate with two runs and two runs batted in. She also drew a walk.
Annie Boatman, the 2-hole hitter, was 2 for 2 with two singles. She also drew a walk, was hit by a pitch and posted Tecumseh’s only stolen base.
Kalie Johnson drove in two runs for Tecumseh, which scored two runs in the first and fourth innings.
Scallorn, who pitched the first 3 1/3 innings, gave up three runs (all earned) on five hits. She registered one strikeout and issued three walks. Colbie Meeks, who went the final 3 2/3 innings, also gave up three hits and three runs. She fanned one and walked one.
Meeks was awarded the win.
Tecumseh will compete in the Durant Tournament Friday and Saturday.
