Shawnee traveled to district opponent Coweta for their third extra inning romp in a week in a 9-4 win that took nine innings to complete.
Tied at five after eight innings, Sadie Smith led off the ninth with a single and advanced on a stolen base. Kristin Haddox singled and Tiara Blackshire had a sacrifice to advance both runners.
Brittany Harmon gave the Lady Wolves the first run of the extra innings with an RBI single, Laynie Rimer and Kalie Kasterke each had RBI doubles and Hallie Wilson tacked on a single to drive in one more run.
Carlie Torbett drove in the tying run with a triple in the top of the seventh and the Lady Wolves held off Coweta's attacks to force the extra frames.
Blackshire was 3-3 with a double and Haddox was 3-5 with a double. Smith and Harmon each had two hits.
Baylie Enright struck out five and walked five from the circle.
Shawnee (17-8) will have a couple days off before hosting district challenger Claremore Thursday at 5:30.
