HOLDENVILLE — Nine McLoud players got in on the scoring act Tuesday night as the Redskins blitzed Holdenville 59-26.

Senior Chase Mahtapene headed the scoring with 16, followed by junior Brandon Vinson with 15 and Tristan Cook with 11.

Cook was true on three field goals from 3-point range.

McLoud held a 36-14 intermission advantage.

Holdenville had just four players in the scoring column.

McLoud (1-1) will oppose Washington in a 9 p.m. Thursday contest at the Oklahoma Baptist University Tournament.

McLoud’s girls dropped a 44-35 decision to Holdenville.
