PRAGUE— The Prague Lady Red Devils shook off a sluggish start to whip the Holdenville Lady Wolverines 67-30 on Tuesday night.

Prague held a slim 16-12 lead after the first quarter then bumped it up to 31-20 by the end of the half.

“We didn't start off very well on defense,” said Prague head coach Benny Burnett. “We played much better in the second half.”

The Lady Red Devils held Holdenville to just 10 second half points to run away with the victory.

Chantae Embry led all scorers with 18 points, but she wasn't alone in double digit scoring. Chloe McClendon hit for 16 and Ciya Wright added 11.

Prague, ranked third in Class 3A, will host Chandler Friday night during homecoming activities.
