BETHEL ACRES — Bethel climbed over the .500 mark (10-9) Friday night by trimming Oklahoma Christian School 48-47.

Parker Hall and Drae Wood led Bethel’s scoring with 12 each. Anthony Franklin, who posted three 3-pointers, finished with 11 points.

Bethel trailed 37-27 entering the fourth quarter before outscoring OCS 21-10 thereafter.

Ben Pfeiff added 7 points for Bethel.

Girls

Bethel had a fast start, 17-5 in the opening quarter, but couldn’t hold on in dropping a 44-38 decision to OCS.

Korbyn Leblance spearheaded the OCS offense with a game-high 19 points.

OCS outscored Bethel 28-9 in the combined second and third quarters.

Brooke Shaw had 13 points for Bethel. Kelsie Wood and Kirsten Winters recorded 8 and 6 points respectively.
