Class A and B teams have seen the path to continue in the playoffs as the OSSAA has released the District and Regional brackets for Feb. 9-10.

Earlsboro will host Class B district action with all three local Class B teams together in one building. On Friday night the Macomb and Earlsboro girls will play at 6:30 p.m. The winner will play Asher at 6:30 p.m. Saturday. The loser would be eliminated from the playoffs.

On the boys’ side, Macomb and Asher will play at 8 p.m. Feb. 9 for a chance to take on Earlsboro Saturday night at 8 p.m.

Earlsboro is the No. 1 team in Class B despite losing 61-59 to the No. 6 Paden boys this weekend. The loss was the 21-1 Wildcats’ first blemish this season.

In Class A girls, 16-5 Maud will take on Stringtown Friday, Feb. 9 at 6:30 p.m. for a chance to play the host 17-5 New Lima girls who are No. 6 in Class A.

The same setup is on the boys’ side with Maud and Stringtown playing at 8 p.m. Friday for a chance to play the No. 12 New Lima Boys Saturday at 8 p.m.
