GUTHRIE — Shawnee coach Ron Arthur saw 11 of his players get in the scoring column Tuesday night as the Wolves blitzed Guthrie 68-43.

Scoring in double figures for Shawnee were Chase Morris (16), LJ McKissick (12) and Carson Meier (10).

Morris notched six points in the opening quarter and eight in the third quarter.

The Wolves led 34-21 at halftime and 53-31 after three quarters.

Shawnee recorded four 3-point field goals and canned 10 of 16 charity tosses. Meier was 3 of 4 from the line.

Gavin Brison was Guthrie’s only double-figure scorer with 13.

Guthrie (3-13) was 11 of 18 from the line.

Shawnee will entertain Western Heights Friday night, then travel to Piedmont Tuesday.
