PRAGUE—Stayin' alive. The Prague Red Devils beat-down the Harding Fine Arts Firehawks 58-27 Friday night moving two games closer to next weekend's Class 3A Area-4 tournament.

Prague jumped on Harding Fine Arts early, taking a 16-2 lead after the first quarter and never looked back. Point guard Isaac Bloomer set the pace early for Prague, scoring seven first quarter points, continually attacking the Firehawks 2-3 zone. Bloomer led all scorers with 14 total points.

Prague extended the lead in the second quarter, taking a 33-9 into intermission.

The Red Devils gave Harding Fine Arts fits on offense with their zone. The Firehawks found limited opportunities inside and had shooting difficulties outside, which was a winning combination for Prague.

The Red Devils extended the lead to as many as 34 points in the fourth quarter. That lead came after a Haden Hale trey with 3:46 left in the game.

Joining Bloomer in double figure scoring for Prague was Zaden Jones with 12 points and Ray Embry netted 10.

Harding Fine Arts had just three players score in the game. Connor Neal led the Firehawks with 11 points. B'Jon Kennedy netted eight.

Prague, who was sent into the consolation bracket with last weekend's loss to Vian, will now host Kellyville tonight at 8pm. The winner will advance into Monday afternoon's consolation championship and the right to play next weekend at the Class 3A Area-4 tournament in Checotah.
