SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist dominated in their first conference match of the season, beating Southern Nazarene 9-0, Thursday.

It is the Lady Bison's second sweep of an opponent this season.

Kim Moosbacher and Kateryna Shkot won by an 8-1 margin for the second time in a row, taking their third straight victory as doubles partners. Tahlia Walsh and Madeleine Boepple and Alex Bowers and Caroline Abbe also tasted victory, 8-3 and 8-2, respectively.

Moosbacher, Shkot, Bowers, Boepple, and Abbe all won their singles matches in straight sets, with Caroline Abbe winning 6-0, 6-0. Walsh's match went the distance as she won 6-1, 2-6, 11-9.

The Lady Bison, now 1-0 in the GAC and 4-1 overall, get one day off and then hit the road to take on the Seminole State Lady Trojans.
