ASHER – The Lady Indians of Asher move to 4-1 on the season Monday with a 12-2 win over Wynnewood and 13-3 loss to Sulphur.

Asher put on 11 runs in the fourth and won by run-rule against Wynnewood.

Bailey Larman was 3-3 with a homer and drove in two runs and Shelby Dixson drove in three runs and homered. Gracy Hadley went 2-3 with a double and drove in a run and Sarah Fleming was 2-3 to drive in two runs. Madilynn Larman brought in two runs, Rayanna Cheatwood drove in one and Braxten Frazier went 2-2.

The girls couldn't get anything going consistently and never lead against Sulphur.

Larman went 3-3 with a double and drove in one run and Cheatwood was 2-3 with a pair of singles. Killa Lehman drove in a run on a single.

Asher will play in the Lexington/Wayne tournament this Thursday and Friday. They begin pool play Thursday vs Harrah at 3 p.m. at Lexington.
