OKLAHOMA CITY — Bethel combined seven hits, eight walks and two Christian Heritage errors for a 12-4 victory Friday.

The victorious Wildcats (3-6) trailed 4-1 after two innings before erupting for four runs in the third and five runs in the fourth. The game was called on the eight-run rule after five innings.

Seven Wildcats earned hits, led by Cameron Egger with a triple. Ben Lauck and Jake Williams had a double apiece.

Gunner Smith and Egger knocked in two runs each.

Lauck, the starter, left after two innings. He gave up four runs (three earned) while fanning two and walking two..

Williams, who hurled the final three innings and was awarded the win, fanned four, permitted one hit and didn’t give up a run.

Bethel will be idle until Thursday when it opposes Chandler at 10 a.m. in the opening round of the Chandler Tournament
