NEW LIMA – Michael McDonald went a perfect 4-4 and the Asher Indians put on 18 hits for a 19-0 beatdown at New Lima Friday night.

McDonald cranked out two doubles and drove in seven runs to lead the Indians in the win. Brock Williamson had three hits with a triple and brought in two runs and Jacob Martin homered and had two RBI's on three hits.

The Indians started the attack early with four runs in the top of the first and added 12 in the second.

Martin got the start on the mound where he only had to pitch one inning to take the win. He struck out three, walked one and gave up one hit. Jake Dobbs finished off the other two innings and gave up one hit and fanned four.

The Indians move to 4-4 on the season with the win and will travel to Varnum Monday for a 1 p.m. start.
