ROFF – Tecumseh won two games against Maud and Stonewall in the Highway One Tournament Friday at Roff.

The Lady Savages came out on top of a 14-13 win over Stonewall thanks to a lead-off homer from Danielle Love in the bottom of the ffifth and walkoff two-run double by Gabi Jordan. Stonewall went ahead for the first time since the start of the game with eight runs in the top of the fifth.

Stonewall earned two runs in the top of the first but a triple from Channing Scallorn to score Ayzia Shirey and a two-run blast by Taylor Walker gave Tecumseh a 3-2 lead. Jordan also had a two-run bomb to add a couple more runs in the inning.

Stonewall tied things up in the top of the third but a solo shot from Walker to start the bottom gave the Lady Savages the advantage again. Lacy Howell and Scallorn each hit solo homers in the fourth and Jordan sent a three-run shot over the center field wall to go up 11-5.

Scallorn, Walker, Jordan, Annie Boatman, and Haylee Cobbs each had three hits and Walker and Jordan homered twice. Summer Chapline took two walks.
