TULSA – Shawnee played another close game with Tulsa Union Tuesday but walked away with a 7-6 loss Tuesday at Union. The Wolves won a tightly contested game to start the series Monday night, 2-1.

Kade Self finished 2-2 with two walks and had a solo shot for the second straight night. Jacob Hill was 2-4 with an RBI and Jaret Johnson was 1-2 and drove in a run.

The loss drops the Wolves to 9-8 on the season. They will co-host the Bill Tipton Tournament this weekend with Bishop McGuinness and Carl Albert. They open up Thursday against Ardmore at 11 a.m. and will play Heritage Hall at 3:30 p.m.
