OBU in cross country meet

There was a lot of breath-holding but Oklahoma Baptist road the bubble into the NAIA Cross Country National Meet, it was announced Monday.
OBU, which finished second in the Sooner Athletic Conference Meet Friday in Lubbock, Texas, dropped one spot in the final poll to No. 21.
That was the last slot to get a national meet at-large berth.
The men’s team will join the conference champion Lady Bison in Vancouver, Wash., Nov. 21 for the championship.
