Kyle Brule and Killi Vierra shared pitching duties for OBU, with Brule getting the win. In 6 2/3 innings, Brule allowed all of MACU’s runs on six hits and struck out six.
Anthony Lopez smacked a two-bagger for the Bison as he, Brenden “Bam” Davis and Victor Manzano each went 2-for-4 in a 14-hit onslaught. Justin Trejo and Sean Iago came away with two hits each.
Now 21-6 overall and 3-5 in the SAC, the Bison will host non-conference opponent Hastings College for a 1 p.m. doubleheader today.
