CENTRAL

Draper: Due to pump failure and the lake’s small watershed lake elevation is below normal. Boat access to the lake is poor and a longer walk to bank fish. The main fishing docks are still floating. One boat ramp is barely usable.
Wes Watkins: Oct. 13 — elevation normal and murky. Channel catfish fair to good on worms and chicken liver. Crappie fair on minnows near the dam. Report submitted by Mike France, game warden stationed in Pottawatomie County.

NORTHEAST
Birch: Oct. 13 — largemouth bass good on slow moving spinnerbaits and crankbaits. White bass fair trolling jigs. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 12 to 15 feet. Report submitted by David Clay, game warden stationed in Osage County.
Copan: Oct. 12 — elevation above normal, water clear. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 6 to 8 feet near docks and areas with submerged structure. Catfish slow on chicken liver and cut shad below the dam. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.
Eucha: Oct. 12 — elevation  1/2 foot above normal, water 61 degrees and murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 12 to 14 feet. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa Fisheries.
Fort Gibson: Oct. 12 — elevation 7 feet above normal and murky. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and spinnerbaits in flooded timber. Catfish good on night crawlers and cut bait. Report submitted by Rick Stafford with 3riverguideservice.com
Greenleaf: Oct. 12 — elevation 1 foot above normal, water clear. Catfish fair on fresh cut bait on bottom near the spillway. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush structure and fishing docks. Report submitted by Lark Wilson, game warden stationed in Muskogee County.
Hulah: Oct. 12 — elevation above normal, water murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 8 to 10 feet near submerged structure. Catfish fair on worms and cut shad below the dam. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.
Lower Illinois: Oct. 8 — elevation rising, water 54 degrees and murky. Largemouth bass good on topwater lures all along the river. Striped bass fair on live bait at 1 to 2 feet below Gore Landing. Channel catfish good on cut bait on bottom all along the river. Trout being caught fly fishing the surface, on roster tails at 1 to 2 feet and on power bait on bottom from the dam to Gore Landing. Oologah: Oct. 12 — elevation 6 feet above normal and rising, water 60 degrees and muddy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 10 to 15 feet around brush piles. Skiatook: Oct. 13 — elevation 1 foot below normal, water 70 degrees and clear. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 10 to 15 feet around brush piles. Report submitted by Paul Welch, game warden stationed in Osage County.
Sooner: Oct. 13 — white bass and striped bass hybrids good on live shad and slabs in the lake and on sassy shad and topwater lures in the discharge. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush piles. Report submitted by Doug Gottschalk, game warden stationed in Noble County.
Spavinaw: Oct. 12 — elevation  1/2 foot above normal, water 65 degrees and murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around the dam area. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa Fisheries.
Webbers Falls: Oct. 12 — elevation 2 feet above normal, water murky. Catfish good on fresh cut bait around creek channels and mud flats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 16 to 20 feet around brush structure and bridges. Report submitted by Lark Wilson, game warden stationed in Muskogee County.

NORTHWEST
Canton: Oct. 12 — elevation 1 foot below normal. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs near brush piles along the dam. Channel catfish fair on shad. White bass and striped bass hybrids good trolling with crankbaits and drifting shad and slabs. Report submitted by Mark Walker, game warden stationed in Blaine County.
Great Salt Plains: The fishery is recovering and anglers are catching walleye and channel catfish.

SOUTHEAST
Arbuckle: Oct. 12 — elevation 1 1/2 feet above normal, water 71 degrees and stained. Crappie being caught on minnows and white jigs around the docks and brush piles. White bass being caught on rattletraps and curly tailed grubs up creeks on flats next to creek channel. Bass good on drop shot, crankbaits and red rattletraps; they are on the move up the creeks and coves. Channel catfish being caught on hot-dogs off docks. Report submitted by Jack Melton.
Blue River: Oct. 14 — elevation above normal, water 56 degrees and muddy. Largemouth bass slow to fair on minnows and flies. Catfish fair to good on liver and worms. Report submitted by Charles Baker, technician at the Blue River Public Fishing and Hunting Area.
Broken Bow: Oct. 12 — elevation rising. Largemouth and smallmouth bass good on rapalas at 8 to 10 feet around structure and points. Crappie good on minnows and jigs around structure. Fish are being caught at mouths of creeks and along mud-lines. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.
Eufaula: Oct. 12 — elevation 2 feet above normal, water clear. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits around rocky areas. White bass good trolling crankbaits along the shallow flats. Blue catfish fair on shad drifting the shallow flats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 8 to 15 feet under bridges, around standing timber and boat docks with brush. Hugo: Oct. 12 — elevation 10 feet above normal and rising, water muddy. Catfish good on cut shad and worms below the dam. Report submitted by Jay Harvey, game warden stationed in Choctaw and Bryan counties.
Konawa: Oct. 12 — elevation 1 foot above normal, water 60 degrees and clear. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits at 5 to 8 feet around points and road beds. Report submitted by Daryl Howser, game warden stationed in Seminole County.
McGee Creek: Oct. 12 — elevation rising, water muddy. Catfish fair on liver and prepared baits. Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden stationed in Atoka County.
Pine Creek: Oct. 12 — elevation above normal, water murky. Bass slow to fair on plastic worms. Crappie fair on jigs. Catfish good on trotlines baited with cut shad. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.
Robert S. Kerr: Oct. 12 — elevation 1 foot above normal, water 72 degrees and muddy. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 7 to 12 feet around submerged brush piles. White bass and largemouth bass slow. Catfish good on fresh shad and cut bait in the creeks that are flowing into the lake and while drift fishing the river channels of the Big San Bois and the Arkansas River. Sardis Lake: Oct. 12 — bass good on spinnerbaits or plastics lures in grass. Crappie excellent on pink grubs or green and black around cover and on live minnows off of Jack Fork Bridge, half bridge, tower and in timber on east side of Bohanan Ridge. Flathead catfish fair on juglines or trotlines with shad, sunfish or goldfish off points close to channels. Blue and channel catfish excellent on juglines and trotlines with cut bait, shrimp or shad off points and close to channels. White bass fair trolling around islands and east side lake by tower and excellent when found surfacing on lake. Walleye fair trolling around islands on rattletraps. Wister: Oct. 12 — elevation 7 feet above normal and murky. Largemouth bass good on soft plastic worms and spinnerbaits. Crappie fair on small spinnerbaits, minnows and pink jigs. SOUTHWEST
