NORTHEAST
Birch: Elevation normal, water 43 degrees and stained. Crappie fair on chartreuse/black jigs at 15 to 20 ft. over submerged brush. Blue and channel catfish fair near channels on cut shad and worms. Eucha: Elevation slightly below normal, water 47 degrees and murky. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush and structure at 16 to 18 ft. Largemouth bass fair on suspended jerk baits. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa Fisheries.
Fort Gibson: Elevation 4 1/2 ft. above normal, murky and steady. Catfish fair on cut bait and night crawlers. Crappie biting under the docks on minnows, chartreuse and black jigs and electric chicken jigs at 15 to 30 ft. Grand: Upper end: Elevation slightly below normal, water 44 degrees and clear to murky. Largemouth bass good on bait minnows and jigs at 10 to 12 ft. around points and coves. Smallmouth bass fair at 3 to 8 ft. in rivers. White bass good on green grubs with glitter and pearl white grubs at 4 to 6 ft. in upper Elk River and Horse Creek. Channel, blue and flathead catfish good on brooders, shad and secret seven dip bait at 20 ft. around rock piles and bluffs. Crappie good on minnows, shiners, grandpa’s jigs in purple/chartreuse, black/orange and blue/white and on Bobby Garland’s in Vegas, blue ice, black gum and salt and pepper. Sunfish good on worms and crickets at 2 to 6 ft. around docks and banks. Paddlefish good, they are working their way up from Sailboat Bridge and headed to Twin Bridges. Greenleaf: Elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, spinnerbaits and beavertail worms. Catfish fair on fresh cut bait on bottom. Kaw: Crappie fair on minnows at 18 to 22 ft. in brush piles in the upper end of lake. Channel catfish fair on fresh cut shad at 4 to 8 ft. east of Kildare. Report submitted by Marshall Reigh, game warden stationed in Grant and Kay counties.
Keystone: Elevation 2 1/3 ft. above normal, water murky. Largemouth bass slow on jig and chunkbaits at 6 to 12 ft. and on crankbaits in crawdad colors in creek channels. Smallmouth bass slow on jig and chunkbaits at 6 to 12 ft. and on crankbaits in crawdad colors at secondary points. Spotted bass slow on jig and chunkbaits at 6 to 12 ft. and on crankbaits in crawdad colors around steep rocky banks. White bass fair on minnows and jigs at 8 to 15 ft. around mouths of deep coves and creeks.
Striped bass fair on bucktails and swim baits at 4 to 8 ft. below the dam. Channel catfish fair on shrimp and liver at 6 to 12 ft. in creek channels. Blue catfish good on cut shad at 12 to 18 ft. half way back in coves. Flathead catfish good on sunfish at 10 to 15 ft. along bluffs. Lower Illinois: Elevation normal, water 45 degrees and clear. Striped bass fair on jigs on bottom from lower part of river to mouth. Few stripers being caught. Oologah: Elevation 1/4 ft. above normal and falling slowly, water upper 40’s to lower 50 degrees and murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush piles at 15 to 18 ft. White bass and crappie fair on jigs below the dam. Report submitted by Brek Henry, game warden stationed in Rogers County.
Pawhuska Lake: Elevation 2 ft. below normal, water 42 degrees and clear. Trout excellent on pink or white power bait with 12 to 16 inch leaders Carolina-rigged and fair on rooster tails and other inline spinnerbaits with gold blades. SOUTHEAST
Arbuckle: Elevation 4 1/2 ft. below normal, water 49 to 51 degrees and clear. Bass fair to good on crankbaits, swim baits and jigs. White bass on spoons or small jigs under gulls. Crappie being caught on jigs and minnows at 12 to 15 ft. around brush piles. Report submitted by Jack Melton.
Broken Bow: Water 48 to 50 degrees. Largemouth and smallmouth bass good on salt crawls and jig and pig black 11. Catfish good on juglines and trotlines with cut baits. Eufaula: Elevation 1/2 ft. above normal, water clear. Crappie fair on minnows at 8 to 20 ft. along riprap at I-40 and boat docks. Report submitted by Ed Rodebush, game warden stationed in McIntosh County.
Hugo: Elevation slightly above normal, water 52 degrees. White bass beginning to bite in the upper river channel. Crappie fair on minnows. Water releases should cause the tailwater fishing to pick up. Report submitted by Jay Harvey, game warden stationed in Choctaw and Bryan counties.
Konawa: Elevation normal, water 52 degrees and clear. Largemouth bass good on plastic worms and rattletraps at 3 to 5 ft. around cattails and points. White bass fair on minnows and jigs at 15 ft. in the discharge canal. Report submitted by Daryl Howser, game warden stationed in Seminole County.
Lower Mountain Fork River: The trout stocked last week were larger than normal with many fish in the 12 to 14 inch range with others being either larger or smaller. Flies that have been working well: Blue winged olive parachute, March Brown, Beavers Bend Special, Prince nymph, pheasant tail, many midge patterns, and naturally, wooly buggers. Under the right conditions, streamers like a Clouser minnow caught some very nice holdover fish. Report submitted by Beavers Bend Fly Shop.
McGee Creek: Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water 47 degrees and clear. Largemouth bass fair on soft plastic lures and jig and pigs fished slowly at 20 to 30 ft. over underwater structure. Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden stationed in Atoka County.
Pine Creek: Elevation normal water clear. Bass good on a variety of soft plastics including baby brush hogs, salt craws and green pumpkin is a good color. They are also biting rattletraps in blue/silver, blue/black, and red shad colors. Crappie fair on blue/white and pink/white jigs. Catfish fair on night crawlers and cut shad. Sardis Lake: Bass fair to good on crankbaits around points and creek channels and on spinnerbaits around cover, warmer afternoons best. Crappie excellent off of Jack Fork Bridge with minnows and on live minnows off of tower and on pink grubs or green and black around brush piles. Flathead catfish slow on juglines or trotlines with live bait. Blue and channel catfish fair on juglines and trotlines with cut bait or shrimp. White bass fair trolling around islands and on plugs.

Texoma: Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water 50 degrees and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair in the south half of the lake. Striped and white bass fair to good on live bait from Platter Flats to Caney Creek. Channel and blue catfish fair from the Hwy. 70 Bridge north. Wister: Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water murky. Largemouth bass slow to fair on dark plastic baits around points and drop-offs. Crappie slow to fair with small spinnerbaits and pink jigs around brush piles and fair on minnows below the dam area. Channel catfish slow to fair on juglines with on cut shad and liver.
