OBU defeats Oklahoma Christian

Lin Yan tallied the only goal Friday as Oklahoma Baptist recorded a 1-0 Sooner Athletic Conference soccer win over Oklahoma Christian.
Yin, off a pass from Marinne Burnham, scored with 9:26 left in regulation. It was Yan’s only shot of the game.
Sara Robinson turned away four Oklahoma Christian shots on goal, including three by Stephanie Duncan. Lady Eagles keep Lisa Jorgensen stopped two shots on goal from Carissa Watson and one effort from Mengjun Zang.
OBU, 7-2-2 overall and 4-0-1 in the SAC, will play at Southern Nazarene Tuesday.
