When Oklahoma Baptist opens its tennis season Feb. 15 at Oral Roberts, the Lady Bison will be the No. 19 team in the NAIA.
The Bison received votes in the poll and are 33rd in voting.
The Lady Bison finished the season at 9-10 last year and are under first-year head coach Steve Fluke. The Bison were 6-12 last season.
The OBU women have matches this year against No. 3 Embry-Riddle, No. 4 Oklahoma Christian, No. 9 SCAD, No. 10 Southern Nazarene and No. 24 Webber International.
The Bison have No. 2 Embry-Riddle, No. 3 Oklahoma Christian, No. 18 Webber International and No. 20 SCAD on the slate this spring.
