Earns spot in consolation championship at Little River

SEMINOLE —

SEMINOLE — Earlsboro’s Wildcats earned a spot in today’s consolation championship of the Little River Conference baseball tournament with an 11-1 win over Paden on Friday.
Earlsboro pitcher Laurel Stryker was too much for the Paden hitters who managed just two hits in five innings.
Patrick Bryan and Shawn Budka each had two RBIs while going 1-for-1.
Earlier Friday, Earlsboro fell to Mason in five innings, 11-4.
Bryan and Budka were the offensive bright spots. Bryan had two doubles and two RBIs while Budka contributed a triple and drove in two runs.
Pitcher Justin Brown took the loss after giving up four hits and recording two strikeouts.
Earlsboro will face Butner at 2 p.m. today for the consolation title.
