TECUMSEH, Okla. —

TECUMSEH — A four-run first inning and a solid pitching outing by Kim Billie paced Tecumseh to a 4-0 victory over Byng Tuesday in a fast-pitch softball encounter.
Billie, in a seven-inning performance, permitted six hits, five of which were singles.
Tecumseh responded with eight hits, including two-run doubles by Pebbles Paxson and Billie, the latter coming with two outs.
Also having multiple-hit days were Kenra O’Shell and Catie McBay with two singles apiece.
Billie, who is 11-4, didn’t surrender a walk and struck out four.
“That was a real good outing by Kim,” Tecumseh head coach Chad Trahan said. “Kim has been real solid all year.”
Tecumseh will compete in the Shawnee Softball Tournament Thursday through Saturday. On Thursday, the Lady Savages will take on Seminole at 9 a.m. — at Tecumseh — and at 5 p.m. versus Durant at Shawnee.
