Philip Maddocks: Public sector confident unpaid tax bill won't prevent it from role as defender of public good

The public sector said it is ready to return to what it calls its true calling, as the gatekeeper and advancer of the public good. And after spending the better part of the last decade enriching itself while working for private industries it remains confident it will win confirmation to its old post despite recent revelations that it owes hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid taxes.
