Vicki Faye (Case) Moore was born on August 15, 1952, in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Dee and Barbara (Youker) Case. She passed away on Saturday, April 9th, 2022, in Enid, Oklahoma after living for over 69 years.
Vicki grew up in the Tecumseh area and was a 1970 graduate of the Tecumseh High School. During her senior year at Tecumseh High School, Vicki was a Junior Play usherette; the secretary of the National Honor Society; member of the Interact Club, Science Club, Journalism Club, and Glee Club. She was voted “Most likely to succeed.” Also in her senior year, she was awarded the Keypunch Medal and Shorthand Medal.
Vicki worked in various office/secretarial positions for Title Companies and County Court houses in Oklahoma, California and Oregon. After moving to Enid, Oklahoma with her husband James “Tom” Moore, she worked at the Garfield County Treasurer’s office until she suffered a debilitating stroke after an emergency operation. Vicki has lived at the Garland Road Nursing Home for the past few years where she made many, many friends.
Vicki was preceded in death by her parents, Dee and Barbara Case; her sister, Cynthia Dee Case; and her husband, James “Tom” Moore, on February 5, 2014.
Today, Vicki is survived by 2 aunts: Dorothy Craig Roberts, Tecumseh, Oklahoma and Betty Case, Shawnee, Oklahoma; several cousins; many co-workers and a host of friends at the Garland Road Nursing Home, Enid, Oklahoma.
Graveside services for Vicki will be conducted by her cousins Alden Vaughn and Mike Craig at the Arlington Memorial Gardens cemetery in OKC, Thursday, April 14th at 2:00 p.m.
