She was born January 20th, 1936 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma to Lester Boone and Ruth Elizabeth Kieffer, the second born of seven children.

She graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1953.

In 1955 she met, and married, Kieth Stover and together they raised three children. She loved the Lord Jesus Christ with all her heart and lived her life with unwavering faith. She was a member of Tecumseh First Church of God, where she served many rolls; as pastor’s wife, Sunday School teacher and church pianist. She was known by those that loved her for her quiet, gentle spirit and the kindness she showed to everyone. She was always more concerned about the needs of others than herself. She loved her family fiercely. She loved her children unconditionally. She was the happiest when all the family was around the dinner table. No one ever left her house hungry. She was always wanting to feed everyone who came to the door. She was loved by all and will be deeply missed.
